A Food and Beverage (F&B) Helper at an airport plays a crucial role in assisting the smooth operation of restaurants, cafés, and food outlets in the terminal. This position involves customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a high-quality dining experience for traveler’s.
Responsibilities
✅ Customer Service – Greet passengers, take orders, and provide assistance with menu selections.
✅ Food Preparation – Assist in preparing meals, beverages, and snacks while following food safety guidelines.
✅ Order Handling – Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.
✅ Stocking & Replenishing – Ensure food, drinks, and supplies are stocked at counters and self-service areas.
✅ Support Kitchen Staff – Help chefs and cooks with basic food preparation, like chopping vegetables or assembling simple dishes.
