Job Role 

A Cargo Agent is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the efficient transportation of goods via air, sea, or land. They play a key role in ensuring cargo is handled correctly, meets regulatory requirements, and reaches its destination safely and on time.

Responsibilities 

• Receive, label, and prepare cargo for shipping.

• Inspect shipments for damage and verify compliance with shipping specifications.

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as air waybills, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation to comply with international trade regulations.

• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and delays.
